Challenge:

Stella McCartney split from the Kering group and joined LVMH Group in 2019. This carve-out transformation required replacement of full technology stack along with complete network, infrastructure, application, IT & business teams, and processes within an year. They needed a new enterprise platform (ERP) & all retail applications rolled out with integrations as part of the eCommerce Replatforming, CRM replacement, ePOS rollout, and other integrations with downstream applications.

 

The Approach:

AbsoluteLabs helped Stella McCartney setup the business strategy along with application stack selection as well as laying down the implementation strategy to rollout the various solutions for eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and ePOS. We provided leadership, drive and hands on approach, while working on various workstreams to make sure a robust solution is delivered within the stipulated challenging carve-out timeframe.
