As part of the split from the Kering group, StellaMcCartney had to set up entire business operations from scratch and needed API integration Network capability to integrate its global suppliers and distribution partners. The client lacked in-house capabilities to manage the various aspects of integrations along with error monitoring and handling capabilities. They wanted an enterprise-grade solution that would be scalable for future growth as well as volumes.
AbsoluteLabs helped Stella McCartney establish the integration framework along with providing impartial advice in selecting the Middleware platform and vendor as part of setting up the platform as an Enterprise Service Bus. The solution was used to integrate ERP, Raw Material Warehouses, Global Warehouses (For Logistics & Supply Chain), POS - Retail Stores, and Wholesale systems. The scope included connecting various transactions inbound and outbound into the ERP system and manage the seamless integration between various systems.
Stella McCartney was able to achieve its aim of having their own application stack which wouldn’t have been possible without a robust integrated platform seemly exchange information between various systems 24X7 globally. The business teams were able to get access to a near real-time automated solution.
