Requirements: 

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud, to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales roles, including engaging with customers, creating proposals, and providing solution demos that align with business needs.
  • Ability to lead solution design for complex Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture supports scalability, performance, and business goals.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce using MuleSoft, APIs, and third-party tools to connect with various systems and enhance overall functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and following architecture best practices to ensure efficient and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales teams and customers to understand business challenges and requirements.
  • Design Salesforce solutions that align with customer goals, industry best practices, and AbsoluteLabs' service offerings.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, gathering and analysing client needs to define the right Salesforce architecture.
  • Create high-level solution architectures, integration designs, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations, POCs (Proof of Concepts), and technical presentations to showcase Salesforce capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices.
  • Work with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud vendors to align solutions with partner ecosystems and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and a seamless transition from pre-sales to execution.
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and sales collateral by articulating technical solutions effectively.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud technology advancements, ensuring solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and co-selling initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem.
