Requirements: 

Strong experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or a related role, with a deep understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and process optimization across various industries.
Experience with enterprise software solutions, system integrations, and cloud platforms; familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business users, developers, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Model and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimization, proposing actionable solutions for business performance enhancement.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirement documents, user stories, and workflows.
Drive Agile processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and execution, while managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve business challenges, ensuring thorough testing and validation of solutions before deployment.
Contribute to business process design and create training materials to support smooth system adoption and process improvements.
Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless project execution, addressing stakeholder needs and aligning solutions with business objectives.
