Service Overview

Take control of every order. We design, implement and integrate order management systems (OMS) for B2C and B2B brands across retail, consumer goods and distribution. Most brands already have an ERP, but an OMS does the job an ERP was never built for: making fast decisions about every order and keeping customers informed when things change. We work across leading platforms including Kibo, Salesforce Order Management, Fluent Commerce, OneStock and NewStore, and recommend what fits your business.

Challenges We Address

  • Cancelled orders when fulfilment fails: When a warehouse or store can't ship, orders are cancelled instead of rerouted.
  • No single view of an order: Status, payments and shipments sit across ecommerce, ERP, warehouse and carrier systems, so service teams can't answer first time.
  • B2B orders handled outside the OMS: Trade and wholesale orders run through spreadsheets, EDI and the ERP, separate from consumer orders and stock.
  • Confusing customer updates: Multi-shipment orders send several emails and tracking links, and customers call service to make sense of them.
  • Data that isn't ready for AI: Service teams and AI tools can't give accurate answers without one trusted source of order data.

Our Service Delivery Methods

  • OMS strategy and platform selection: We map your order flows, find the gaps and help you choose the right platform and roadmap.
  • Implementation and configuration: We set up orchestration and re-orchestration rules, inventory availability, returns and customer notifications, so orders are routed by cost, speed and value and rerouted automatically when fulfilment fails.
  • B2B and wholesale order management: We bring trade and wholesale orders, EDI and partner integrations onto the same order and inventory foundation as your consumer channels.
  • Integration: We connect your OMS to ecommerce, ERP, WMS, POS, carriers, payments and customer service through a governed integration layer, agreeing data ownership and system boundaries before any build starts.
  • Support and optimisation: Ongoing support, rule tuning and new capabilities as your business changes after go-live.
  • Accelerators: Our OMS assessment [2–3 weeks] reviews your current order flows, gaps and platform fit, and ends with a roadmap and business case. From there, we help you choose a rollout approach: go live region by region, or fix the most urgent problem everywhere first.

Expected Benefits

  • Fewer cancelled orders: Orders are rerouted, not lost, when stock or a location fails.
  • One view of every order: Consumer or business, with status, payments and shipments in one place, so service teams answer first time.
  • Faster reactions to demand: Move stock between channels as the market shifts.
  • A simpler customer experience: One clear update, however many shipments.
  • AI-ready order data: One trusted source for service teams, AI tools and reporting.

FAQs

We already have an ERP. Do we need an OMS?+

Your ERP records stock and finances. An OMS makes live decisions about each order: where to fulfil it, how to split it, how to reroute it when something fails, and what to tell the customer. The two work together, with the OMS feeding the ERP.

Which OMS platform should we choose?+

It depends on your channels, systems and growth plans. We're platform-independent, and our assessment compares the options against your real order flows before you commit.

Can an OMS handle B2B and wholesale orders?+

Yes. Bringing trade and wholesale orders onto the same platform as consumer orders gives you one view of stock and simpler reconciliation. We design for both from the start.

How long does an implementation take?+

It depends on scope and on the rollout approach. Our assessment gives you a realistic plan and timeline before any build begins.

Can we keep our existing systems?+

Yes. Most programmes run old and new systems side by side for a while. We design the integrations so that works safely, then retire legacy processes step by step.
